Man Re-arrested for GPS Tracking in Saitama Body Abandonment Case
A 53-year-old man, previously arrested for abandoning a woman's body, has been re-arrested for illegally obtaining her location information using a GPS device, violating Japan's Stalker Regulation Law. Police suspect he used the GPS data to ambush and abduct the woman.
