North Sea Surface Reaches Record High Temperatures
The surface temperature of the North Sea has reached an unprecedented high, with water temperatures in 2025 recorded at 0.9 degrees Celsius warmer than the long-term average. The Baltic Sea is also experiencing continued warming.
