Na obali Tamiša, nedaleko od njegovog ušća u Dunav, stoji kompleks ciglenih zgrada čije urušene krovove danas probijaju trava i korov. Nekada simbol industrijskog napretka i građanskog ponosa, Vajfertova pivara u Pančevu danas je zatvorena, strukturno nestabilna i prepuštena vremenu. Skoro pa razrušena.
