Former Mexican Official Surrenders in New York on Cartel Charges

Enrique Díaz Vega, former Secretary of Administration and Finance for Sinaloa, Mexico, has surrendered to authorities in New York City to face serious drug trafficking charges and alleged ties to the 'Los Chapitos' cartel.
