Axe Murderer's Sentence Reduced on Appeal, Act Still Deemed Exceptionally Brutal
A man convicted of an axe murder in Seinäjoki in July 2024 saw his sentence reduced by the Court of Appeal, which nonetheless described the act as exceptionally brutal. The victim was a man from Seinäjoki.
