Nigeria Cracks Down on Illegal University Admissions, Enforces Age Limit

The Nigerian Federal Government has declared admissions outside the Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) illegal and warned institutions of sanctions. It also reaffirmed the 16-year minimum entry age for universities as part of its crackdown on irregular admissions.
