Multimillionaire Sues Czech Health Insurer VZP Over Patent
The largest Czech General Health Insurance Company (VZP) is facing a patent lawsuit filed by businessman Petr Stuchlík and his company ProVisio. Stuchlík claims ownership of a patent on which VZP's client application, Moje VZP, operates, a claim the insurer disputes.
