Madras High Court Bars TVK MLA From Floor Test, Supreme Court Appeal Filed
The Madras High Court has barred TVK MLA Seenivasa Sethupathi, who won by a single vote, from participating in the Tamil Nadu Assembly floor test. The MLA has since moved the Supreme Court to challenge this decision, with a hearing scheduled for tomorrow.
