Boščaluk burek je starinska verzija polaganog bureka, a ono što ga čini drugačijim jeste način slaganja i jednostavnija priprema jufke. Umjesto klasičnog oblika, jufke se ravnomjerno slažu u tepsiju, meso se rasporedi, a krajevi se presaviju preko mesa.
