South African Constitutional Court to rule on legality of parliament's rejection of Ramaphosa impeachment inquiry
The Constitutional Court is set to deliver a landmark ruling on whether parliament acted lawfully when it rejected a Section 89 panel report. The report had recommended an impeachment inquiry into President Cyril Ramaphosa over the Phala Phala scandal.
