Maymay winds topple trees in Vigan City

SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — Strong winds from Tropical Storm Maymay toppled trees across parts of Vigan City on Thursday, obstructing roads and prompting immediate clearing operations.  Authorities immediately removed the debris and other road hazards to ensure safe passage for motorists and pedestrians.
