'Title race will go to wire & Motherwell are in it'

It is safe to say Motherwell did not let the Scottish Cup defeat by Aberdeen get spirits down. Scoring five goals against St Mirren on Saturday was a pleasant surprise but it was bittersweet knowing we failed in the cup. When we are repeatedly told that we play the best football in the country and have some of the best statistics in Europe, the failure in both cup competitions is doubly frustrating.
