Lt Gen Ghai: Most of China’s ‘Xiaokang’ villages along LAC in contested areas

Lt Gen Ghai stated that most of China's 'Xiaokang' villages, which are part of a poverty alleviation and border development program, are located along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in contested areas.
