Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis said that the dismissal of nine of 13 corruption cases against New Democracy officials investigated by the European Public Prosecutor's Office over farm subsidy fraud proves his party members were "targeted and smeared for partisan gain" before judicial review was complete, accusing the opposition of violating the presumption of innocence.
