Polish MFA Spends 230,000 PLN on Elite Training for One Employee

The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MSZ) incurred costs of nearly 230,000 PLN for an elite leadership training program at the INSEAD Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France, for a single deputy department director.
