Icelandic Public Sector Pensions Decreased by 10% After Legal Changes
According to Gylfi Magnússon, professor and former Minister of Economic Affairs, public sector employees' pensions in Iceland have decreased by an average of ten percent following legal changes implemented in 2016 and 2017. These changes fundamentally shifted the pension system.
