Polish energy regulator orders companies to return 417 million PLN for price freezing

The President of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE) has ordered subsidiaries of Tauron, Enea, Energa, and PGE to transfer nearly 417 million PLN to the Price Difference Payment Fund, nearing the resolution of a dispute over energy price freezing calculations.
