Ivica Dačić: 'There Must Be a Reason I Didn't Die, State and Party Should Use It'

Ivica Dačić, President of the Socialist Party of Serbia, stated that the timing of the party congress depends on when elections will be held, adding that he believes there's a reason he's still alive that the state and party should utilize.
