Russia hits minibus in Kherson and injures two men in Kherson Oblast

Russian forces shelled Novoraisk and struck near Inzhenerne on the morning of 17 April, injuring two people. A minibus in Kherson also came under fire, though the driver and passengers were reportedly unharmed.
