Godina je 2120, deveti jun. Prvi put od početka pregovora o pristupanju Srbije Evropskoj uniji, Beograd je domaćin Samita EU - Zapadni Balkan. Do ovog trenutka, svi glavni gradovi država sa Zapadnog Balkana već su po nekoliko puta ugostili zvanice ovog samita i konačno je došao red i na Beograd. Srbija je, ujedno, jedina uz Rusiju ostala van EU. Čak je i Belorusija postala deo moderne evropske porodice.
