The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has become more optimistic about Austria's economic growth, forecasting a GDP increase for 2026 in its latest country report.

Die Organisation für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (OECD) ist wieder etwas optimistischer, was das Wirtschaftswachstum in Österreich angeht. Im am Donnerstag veröffentlichten Länderbericht wird für 2026 ein Plus des Bruttoinlandsprodukts (BIP) von 1,1 Prozent erwartet. Die Auswirkungen des Iran-Krieges sind noch nicht berücksichtigt.
