Temporary footbridge installed in place of damaged Ilocos Sur bridge

SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — The local government of Salced installed temporary steel footbridge near at the site of the damaged Balidbid Bridge to allow limited pedestrian access while repair and restoration work continues.
