Finnish Municipalities Demand Funding Overhaul, Minister Cites Time Constraints

Thirteen Finnish municipalities have demanded an immediate overhaul of funding, but a minister stated that major changes cannot be made during the current government term. A parliamentary working group has been established to discuss the future of municipalities.
