Kosovo's Acting Foreign Minister Calls for Mutual Recognition with Serbia

Glauk Konjufca, Kosovo’s Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, stated during a meeting with the EU Special Representative that dialogue with Serbia should culminate in mutual recognition.
