Montenegro to Introduce Visas for Russian and Belarusian Citizens
Montenegro will introduce a visa regime for citizens of Russia and Belarus starting November 1, a move reportedly influenced by pressure from Brussels. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed the upcoming change.
