Driver Charged After Fatal Flyover Crash in Kuala Lumpur
A 21-year-old driver has been charged in connection with a crash on the Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway (SPE) flyover in Kuala Lumpur, which resulted in the death of a motorcyclist who fell 30 meters and an SUV hitting sheltering bikes.
