Latvia's Shadow Economy Rises to 21.8% of GDP
A new study by the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga indicates that the shadow economy in Latvia increased slightly in 2025, reaching 21.8% of the GDP, a 0.4 percentage point rise from 2024.
