IED Discovered and Detonated Near Alabama Reservoir Dam

An improvised explosive device (IED) was discovered by divers in Alabama's Converse Reservoir dam during routine maintenance and was safely detonated by a multi-agency response team, following warnings of critical infrastructure threats.
