Montenegro's Unusable 'Čarli' Plane Worth $3.5 Million Remains Grounded
A plane nicknamed 'Čarli,' which cost the Montenegrin state approximately $44 million, has been grounded and unusable at Podgorica airport for five and a half years. The government has yet to devise a plan for its utilization, leading to its deterioration.
