Israel strikes Hezbollah financial institutions in Lebanon, calls for talks

Israel has carried out strikes on Al-Qard al-Hasan branches, which are Hezbollah financial institutions in Lebanon. The Lebanese president has expressed readiness to resume negotiations to de-escalate the situation.
