Former Regional Governor's Advisor's Sentence Confirmed for Manipulating Hospital Tenders
The Prague High Court has upheld a three-year suspended sentence for Emil Kmoníček, the former head of the investment department of the Hradec Králové Region, for manipulating two billion-crown tenders for the reconstruction of the Náchod regional hospital.
