Romanian Government Accuses Courts of Withholding Data on Magistrates' Salary Debts
The Romanian government has accused the High Court of Cassation and Justice and the Bucharest Court of Appeal of refusing to provide data on billions of lei owed to magistrates in salary lawsuits, information requested for Romania's defense in a case before the ECHR.
