Ex-Army captain on the run after murdering wife caught after LPG booking reveals his hideout

Convicted former army captain Sandeep Tomar, on the run for four years after being sentenced for strangulating his wife, has been arrested in Madhya Pradesh. His capture followed a coordinated effort by Fazilka police and NATGRID, who traced him through digital footprints, including financial transactions and an LPG refill. Tomar was apprehended in Pandhurna district, ending a high-profile pursuit.
