PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur — Police arrested on Thursday the suspect in the killing of a mother and her three children in Josefina town, Zamboanga del Sur, ending a dayslong manhunt. Police identified the suspect as Frankie Barcelona Camiguing, 23, the live-in partner of victim Arlene Fernan Dumalte, 42, a barangay health worker. READ:
