CIS President Tezanos Appeals Fine for Concealing Sánchez Poll

The president of Spain's CIS, José Félix Tezanos, has appealed to the Constitutional Court to annul a €3,000 fine imposed by the Electoral Board for allegedly concealing a flash poll related to Prime Minister Sánchez's five-day reflection period.
