Portuguese Judiciary Report: 3 Judges to Retire, 6 Suspended in 2025
A report from Portugal's Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) indicates that three judges will face compulsory retirement and six will be suspended in 2025. The report, delivered to Parliament, also shows an increase in disciplinary processes from 16 to 24.
