Belgrade's CAF Trams Out of Service Due to Malfunctions

The Center for Local Self-Government (CLS) announced that none of Belgrade's 30 CAF trams, popularly known as 'Spaniards,' were in service on Tuesday due to unaddressed malfunctions.
