Victor Wembanyama had 28 points and 15 rebounds, and the San Antonio Spurs beat the Sacramento Kings 139-122 on Saturday night for their eighth straight win and a sweep of their two games in Austin. Sacramento lost a franchise record 16th straight game, the last two after center Domantas Sabonis and guard Zach LaVine had season-ending surgery.
