Zelenskyy's Former Aide Discusses Money Flows and Bail Efforts

Serhiy Shefir, a close associate of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, reportedly sought money for bail for former Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Chernyshov. He also suggested an informal mechanism for deputies to transfer part of their income.
