Montenegrin Businessman Alleges Corruption by SDT and SPO Officials in Court

Montenegrin businessman Aleksandar Mijajlović testified in the High Court in Podgorica, claiming he documented messages and recordings of Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) and Special Police Department (SPO) officials soliciting money and apartments at reduced prices.
