Philippines Ombudsman Orders Officials to Answer Obstruction Complaint

The Philippine Ombudsman has ordered Senators Cayetano and Padilla to respond to an obstruction of justice complaint related to the alleged escape of Senator Bato dela Rosa, who is subject to an International Criminal Court warrant, from the Senate.
