Italian Prosecutor Seeks Use of Israeli Documents in Hamas Funding Probe

The Genoa Public Prosecutor's Office has filed an appeal with the Court of Cassation, arguing that Israeli documents should be admissible in the investigation into alleged Hamas funding, following the release of one of the arrested Palestinians.
