Council of Europe Notes Unresolved Issues in Serbian Judicial Laws
The Venice Commission has acknowledged Serbia's adoption of seven out of nine key recommendations for judicial laws but highlighted that certain aspects, particularly regarding the secondment of prosecutors to the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime, remain unresolved.
