Japanese Foreign Ministry Issues Evacuation Advisory for Lebanon

Due to escalating attacks between Hezbollah and Israel amid the Iran situation, Japan's Foreign Ministry has raised its travel warning for all of Lebanon to Level 4, advising citizens to evacuate immediately if safe to do so and to avoid all travel to the country.

イラン情勢の影響で、レバノンのイスラム教シーア派組織ヒズボラとイスラエルの間で攻撃の応酬が激しくなっていることを受けて、外務省はレバノン全土の「危険情報」を、最も高いレベル4の「退避勧告」に引き上げました。外務省は日本人に対し、どのような目的であってもレバノンへの渡航をやめるとともに、すでに滞在中の人には安全に出国が可能な場合、速やかに国外に退避するよう呼びかけています。
