Horseracing regulator to pursue Luke Comer over alleged €1m in unpaid fines in doping case

Ireland’s horseracing regulator is to pursue billionaire Luke Comer in the High Court for over €1m in allegedly unpaid fines and costs incurred in the construction mogul’s long-running disciplinary case over horse doping.
