UN Humanitarian Chief Warns of Aid Cuts and Gaza Crisis

Tom Fletcher, the UN humanitarian chief, warned from Madrid that aid reaching Gaza is insufficient and that budget cuts force difficult choices on which lives to save. He also expressed regret over Israel's critical stance on his work and the UN.
