NABU: Energoatom contractors can avoid charges in Midas case by self-reporting bribes

Contractors of Energoatom who paid kickbacks to figures implicated in the so-called Midas case may avoid criminal liability if they voluntarily report the bribes to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine before detectives establish the fact of bribery.
