PIT-2 Statement for Joint Tax Filing with Spouse or Child Not Required Annually in Poland
The Polish Ministry of Finance confirms that if an employee informs their employer of their right to joint taxation with a spouse or single-parent child, the statement (PIT-2) is valid for subsequent years and does not need to be submitted annually.
