Philippine Supreme Court upholds graft, malversation raps against contractor Sarah Discaya

The Supreme Court (SC) of the Philippines has affirmed the Office of the Ombudsman's finding of probable cause to charge private contractor Sarah Discaya. The charges are for graft and malversation related to a "ghost" flood control project in Davao Occidental.
