MOL Receives Extended US License to Negotiate Majority Stake in Serbia's NIS Until 2026

The US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has extended MOL's license to negotiate the acquisition of a majority stake in Serbia's Naftna industrija Srbije (NIS) until May 22, 2026, following the passing of the deadline for Russians to divest their shares.
